We will achieve this togetherProject Engineer 1 - Eco21 ProgramWe will achieve this togetherAs an Eco21 Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the Eco21 program, which plays a role in energy efficiency projects in professional and real estate environments. In your role, you will ensure the development of networks of energy managers in real estate as well as the management of the closing process within the framework of energy objectives (COE).The Eco21 Building and Techniques unit has the mission of accelerating the ecological transition in existing buildings, by encouraging owners and real estate agencies to implement favorable policies, while activating professional networks, notably heating engineers, electricians, and energy professionals at the service of a sustainable Geneva.As part of your position, you will be in charge of:- Activating real estate agencies and owners within the framework of real estate support;- Developing a network of delegated energy managers in real estate;- Supervising annual COE assessments and ensuring follow-up with agencies regarding tariffs and to correctly parameterize energy savings;- Assisting with invoice tracking to consolidate data before sending and payment to clients, and supporting the overall annual closing process;- Contributing to the development of the real estate tool aimed at the process.Your personality and skillsYou demonstrate active listening and enjoy teamwork, particularly around technical subjects. You possess excellent skills in the field of program management in ecological transition, particularly in energy efficiency, building technology, and academic background:You hold a master's degree in energy or a degree.
