As part of strengthening the department of an industrial site based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineering Project Engineer (M/F) to contribute to investment projects (CAPEX) and provide technical support for the site's industrial engineering. You will be involved in projects from the design phase to execution and commissioning, closely working with maintenance and external partners in a demanding and highly regulated industrial environment. Chemical Engineering Project Engineer – CAPEX & Industrial Works M/F As a Chemical Engineering Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical, budgetary, and project management within your scope, with a strong focus on managing CAPEX budgets, industrial works, and project phases.Your main responsibilities:- Carry out project studies from conception to execution, in compliance with specifications, procedures, and site standards.- Lead the Chemical Engineering component of projects: safety, CAPEX budget, scheduling, technical meetings, tracking deliverables, and progress rates.- Develop techniques for suppliers and supervise studies entrusted to companies, track and manage supplier orders (equipment) and the financial follow-up of projects: commitments, costs, trade-offs, and reporting.- Supervise industrial sites as the Work Manager (safety, quality, deadlines).- Coordinate interfaces with maintenance, HSE, and project managers.- Participate in tests, adjustments, commissioning, and startup phases while providing technical support as a chemical engineering expert.Your profile:- Engineering degree HES or equivalent in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, ideally on projects.- Proven experience in managing industrial projects, including supervising external companies and mastering CAPEX budget management, site management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.- Fluent in French (working language) and a good level of professional English.- Proficient with project management tools and software. jid94ff9d7aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
