## About Our Client ##

Multi-family office whose direct real estate activities are becoming increasingly significant and focused on value-add strategies, my client mandated me to help them recruit a talented real estate professional to support this dynamic.

## Job Description ##

* Coordinate **all development phases of the project**.
* Ensure the selection of key contractors through **rigorous tender processes** and contracts negotiations and, manage as the owner representative.
* Develop and manage development/value add budget and monitor spending.
* Oversee and efficiently coordinate all third parties involved.
* Prepare application files and liaise with local authorities to obtain the required building permits and all other authorisations required.
* Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of development/value add works.
* Identify key risks and propose mitigating actions.
* Ensure that the quality of construction and enhancement works meets established standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
* Oversee the **technical due diligence on acquisitions and development/value add projects.**

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* **7+ years of experience in Swiss real estate development** and project management.
* Technical knowledge of construction processes and building systems, town planning.
* Strong negotiation skills and **experience in contract management**.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* **Willingness and flexibility for day trips within Switzerland**.
* Analytical profile, critical mind, ability to synthesise.
* **French and Swiss-German required**, English would be a significant plus.
