We are seeking a Project Coordinator for 7 months to support key transformation initiatives within its Finance and Administration function.
This position plays a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional projects, combining operational coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Missions
Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of strategic projects across the Finance function, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Act as a central point of coordination between multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
Contribute to data collection, validation, and analysis, supporting evidence-based decision-making and performance tracking
Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic priorities
Coordinate operational activities including documentation management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions
Provide support to senior stakeholders with scheduling, presentations, and briefing materials when required
Assist in the organization of internal events, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and coordination across teams
Profil du candidat
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or analytical roles, ideally within an international or complex organization
Previous experience with the Global Fund and familiarity with its processes and systems would be considered a strong asset
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
