We are looking for a project assistant.About the roleOur client, a major player in infrastructure and energy project management, is looking for a project assistant to provide support. This is a mission, with a duration of 6 to 12 months, which could potentially be extended to a permanent position, if you prove yourself. You will play a key role in supporting the technical and administrative activities of the company. You will be responsible for project management, monitoring, and coordination with external partners in the context of network development.Tasks- Receive and centralize all requests for construction intentions- Share and transmit requests for information to external partners- Rigorously enter and update data in the systems- Ensure monitoring and guarantee the quality of the entered data- Perform necessary follow-ups with the various stakeholders- Prepare and accompany representatives during meetings with partners- Support the monitoring of activities and the tracking of performance indicatorsWe are looking for- Advanced mastery of a Geographic Information System (GIS)- Technical CFC in electricity, thermal engineering, civil engineering, or structural work or equivalent title or CFC commercial employee with an interest in the technical field- Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize- Fluent command of French- Great rigor and sense of organization- Good notions or interest in the energy field- First successful experience in an administrative roleTo succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Change-oriented- Supportive- Organized- ResponsibleOur recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
