As part of a temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the canton of Geneva, a
Meticulous and Experienced Ironer (M/F)
Your mission:
- Ensure the ironing of flat linen and client/resident linen using an iron, calender or mannequin, if necessary.
- Mastery of ironing techniques and textile care
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises (laundry, linen room) in compliance with hygiene measures, the usage instructions of cleaning products in force in the institution and respect the dosages of maintenance products
- Sew hotel and client uniforms by hand or machine (zipper, hem, alteration, etc.)
- Load and unload washing machines and tumble dryers.
- Fold and distribute the linen.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in laundry or dry cleaning
- Rigour, meticulousness and organisation.
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Efficiency and speed in task execution.
- Good physical constitution and ability to carry heavy loads.
- Speak, read and write French correctly, both orally and in writing.
- Mastery of hygiene and safety standards for maintenance products
