Job Description As a professional, your main mission is to protect the interests of adults and their rights when they are in difficulty and need assistance. You manage individuals for whom you are responsible to cover their basic needs. You uphold their rights while considering their will and capacity, make decisions for beneficiaries, and organize what is necessary for protection and assistance in the areas of housing, health, and legal matters, contributing daily to the perspective of a dignified and autonomous life for all, thus participating in social justice. Responsibilities Diligent management of the protective measures for adults entrusted by the Justices of the Peace of the canton, in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework. Management of legal matters. Management of the income and expenses of beneficiaries. Development of a network with professional circles and the family of beneficiaries. Establishment of a relationship of trust with beneficiaries. Investment in initial training necessary for the function and in continuing education useful for the development of skills. Any additional training related to the fields of health, addiction, law, budget management, and social insurance is welcome. Excellent skills in financial rigor and organization. Autonomy, stress resistance, a sense of responsibility and priorities. Open-mindedness, listening, flexibility, and a great ability to relate to others. A clean criminal record and an extract from the Office of Debt Collection is required for this position. WHO ARE WE?
