Your main tasks

• Process customer orders, enter production orders, manage and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure short delivery times
• Ensure systematic monitoring of production ranges and bills of materials
• Update article settings in the management IT system to optimise operational performance
• Improve master plan performance by analysing the past with the production and marketing & sales departments, providing forecast figures, forecast meetings
• Participate in strategic projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to their success
• Create, update and manage manufacturing files for new products
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Production and Research & Development teams to ensure effective coordination throughout the product lifecycle
• Propose improvement solutions

Your profile

• Federal VET diploma in a technical field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the field
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English and German
• Autonomous, service-oriented and organised, precise, rigorous and responsive, stress-resistant, team-oriented
• Comfortable using a management IT system and Windows tools
