Our Opportunity
Within our Production Planning team based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
Production Planner (maternity leave cover)
Period from December 2026 to June 2027
Reporting to the Production & Master Data department, your main mission will be to ensure the planning and coordination of all activities necessary for product availability across all channels within the set deadlines. You will need to optimise resources and minimise stock levels. You will also manage cross-functional industrial projects and ensure control of product costs.
- Develop, validate and implement the weekly master production plan for all promotional perfume launches and gift programmes on a 12-month basis, ensuring product availability on the requested factory release date.
- Monitor component availability with the purchasing team and reschedule the production plan if necessary.
- Ensure, in collaboration with other planning team members, the monitoring and production planning at our external subcontractors.
- Define, lead and coordinate the product cost analysis for the global perfume business in collaboration with the technical development department and external manufacturers.
- Implement material requirements planning for perfumes and semi-finished products in SAP by coordinating all relevant activities with the purchasing department, IT department and external production sites.
- Monitor cross-functional projects related to new global product safety regulations (CMR, PPWR, Allergen Law, etc.).
Your Background
Holder of a university degree in logistics/supply planning or equivalent, you have at least one to two years of significant professional experience in a supply chain-related position. Your expertise includes project management, quantitative data analysis as well as simulation and scenario handling. You have excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP would be a major asset. Finally, you are fluent in Italian, French and English.
A rigorous, autonomous and organised person, you are recognised for your dynamism and professional awareness. Open-minded, with a strong customer orientation, you have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork. Proactive and concise, you know how to take a step back to gain an overall vision and thus propose optimisations of the existing organisation. Result-oriented, you are a driving force in achieving set objectives.
