To strengthen our team and support the growth of our production, we are looking for a Production Operator. Main responsibilities:- Operate the industrial production line independently.- Conduct quality control on large volumes and samples.- Carry out and document the productions completed (recording stops, machine speeds, and line opening hours).- Analyze the causes of breakdowns or unexpected stops and report encountered issues.- Correctly apply the 5S method and maintain cleanliness at the workstation, ensuring the cleaning of the area and managing production scrap and waste.- Follow current safety regulations.- Participate in continuous improvements of the production lines alongside the rest of the team.- Participate in internal production audits.Desired profile:- VET diploma in production or equivalent experience in the industry.- 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment (ideally in automotive, textiles, or plastics).- Fluent in French (English and German are a plus).- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.- Mastery of standard tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).- Positive mindset, energy, and a “can-do” attitude.What we offer:- Opportunities for continuous development and the possibility of obtaining further qualifications.- Offices ideally located near the train station.- 5 weeks of vacation.- Work hours on weekdays only, no work on weekends.Why join Bcomp?At Bcomp, we form a dynamic and committed team, evolving in an environment that is both stimulating and supportive.
