To join our Production team, we are currently looking to fill a position in the Polishing sector (2x8).Responsibilities:Within our Finishing department, you will be required to:- Execute manual polishing and finishing tasks, as well as manual bench polishing, pre-polishing, and deburring to prepare surfaces before finishing.- Operate machines: loading and unloading medical devices and wet and dry processing according to the process defined in the range of orthopedic implants.- Maintain the process in accordance with regulatory requirements and the established process by applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) according to the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation framework.- Ensure production control activities according to Control Plans and other quality documents and descriptions defined in the ranges on the quality forms provided for this purpose.- Execute preventive maintenance activities according to Maintenance Plans and other protocols on the quality forms provided for this purpose.- Respect and implement the safety and quality policy related to the requirements of the medical field ISO 13485 / 21CFR820 Subpart G.Profile sought:- Minimum 3 years of experience in polishing is essential.- Knowledge of working in an ISO 13485 / 21CFR820 Subpart G environment represents an asset.- Ability to work autonomously and resistance to stress.- Good level of French.If this challenge interests you, we look forward to receiving your complete application (CV and cover letter). jid04135e8aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
