On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Production Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for ensuring the planning of productions, their start-up and their efficiency.
• You will manage a team of about fifteen people (operators, team leaders and setters) whose motivation, training and performance you will ensure.
• You will ensure compliance with the quality of the produced parts, delivery times and production costs through key indicators for which you will be responsible.
• You will participate in continuous improvement by ensuring data entry and interpretation in order to improve workshop performance and rationalise the production tool.

Your profile:

• You hold an engineering degree.
• You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• You have proven experience in team management and personnel management.
• You have solid experience in the field of plastic injection.
• Skills in Lean Manufacturing are a real asset for this position.
