On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Production Manager.Your future responsibilities:- You will manage all production activities (assembly and mechanics)- You will plan, organize and supervise production schedules- You will directly supervise an assembly team and manage others via team leaders- You will coordinate activities with the planning department in order to optimize loads and priorities- You will guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, costs and safety- You will monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions- You will optimize production flows and processes with a continuous improvement approach- You will participate in management committees and contribute to strategic decisions- You will ensure communication between the various departments (technical, logistics)- You will develop team skills and structure training plansYour profile:- You hold a technical degree (ES, HES or equivalent)- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment- You have confirmed experience in managing production teams- You have good knowledge of mechanics and/or assembly- You master planning and production management- You have knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean, 5S)- You are comfortable in an SME environment, with a hands-on approach, demonstrate leadership and know how to unite teams- You are organized, rigorous and solution-oriented- You have excellent communication skillsConditions:- You will join a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit and staff stability.
