We are looking for a: Production Line Manager (M/F) Your Mission: Supervise a production line by ensuring performance, quality, technical reliability, and safety. Manage the setters, optimize processes, and actively participate in projects. Responsibilities: Manage the line and ensure its efficiency (productivity, quality, safety). Ensure machine adjustments, optimize parameters, and validate adjustments. Supervise, train and motivate the setters. Analyze performance indicators (OEE, TRS, rejection rates...) and propose corrective actions. Coordinate preventive maintenance with technical services. Actively participate in continuous improvement (reducing non-conformities, increasing pace, ergonomics...). Manage the supply of tools and consumables. Ensure quality compliance by respecting internal standards and customer requirements. Adjust priorities based on the production schedule and profile: Industrial, mechanical degree, or confirmed experience in line management, ideally related to technical parts or high precision. Strong skills in adjusting complex machines (5-axis machining, robots, conveyors) and first-level maintenance. Assertive leadership and teaching sense. Rigor, sense of urgency, and autonomy in decisions. Analytical ability and critical thinking to optimize performance. Ease in interpersonal relationships and solution-oriented, proactivity, and willingness to advance teams and processes.
