Aptasic SA, based in Boudry, is looking for a Production Engineer – Backend/Test 100% (M/F). Due to the growth of its activities and to strengthen its Engineering team and support backend testing, it is seeking an immediate or mutually agreeable entry Production Engineer – Backend/Test 100% (M/F).Your profile:- Engineer in electronics, microelectronics, or equivalent- Proven experience in the semiconductor field or in a testing environment- Mastery of ASIC testing and yield analysis with Galaxy- Fluent in French (or level C1) with good knowledge of English (level B2); knowledge of German is a plus- Attention to detail, precision, and continuous improvement mindset- Good knowledge in C and/or Java development- Versatility and flexibility to meet the needs of an SME, ability to work reliably and autonomously while possessing an excellent team spirit- Experience with LTX-C-D10 testers and/or Advantest 93K is a plus- Experience in cleanroom standardsKey tasks:- Monitor production and yield key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data traceability and consistency- Process production data to conduct analyses with Galaxy- Ensure and coordinate data transfer between production and engineering- Provide technical support to production during the introduction of new products and their testing programs- Be the technical reference for technicians and train production staff- Define and implement corrective measures and proactively improve the continuous process and participate in managing the quality and reliability of integrated circuitsYour skills:- Structured and analytical mindset- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to connect technical details to work impactWorking conditions:- Standard working hours with flexibility according to production needs- Cleanroom work environment- Occasional support outside regular hours if necessaryWe offer:- An opportunity to leverage your skills and experiences- A stimulating and enriching work environment within a motivated team- Social benefits in line with the requirements of the positionIf interested, please send your complete application to Write an email.
