Main tasks

• Support in the daily harvesting and processing of plants
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Cleaning and maintenance of production equipment

Qualifications

• Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Fluent in German and/or English

Physical demands

• Work indoors and outdoors in different temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel and work below knee height for extended periods of time
• Use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding and ramps
• Regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 20 kg
• Familiarity with various hand and power tools, and material handling equipment
