Our passion for success and our commitment to our clients make us a partner of choice.In the context of the development of our Technology Department:YOUR MISSION:- Manage and master the main business tool Microsoft Dynamics 365 for sales (CRM).- Evolve the tool by integrating artificial intelligence and complementary modules.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper developments.- Guarantee that the final product corresponds to the needs of the users, increase the efficiency of brokers, and improve the customer experience.Artificial Intelligence:- Identify and develop features conducive to AI.- Identify opportunities and simplify tasks, particularly AI in the various existing processes.Definition of the product:- Identify the needs of clients, both internal and external.- Define the vision and priorities of the product.Optimization of the sales journey:- Analyze and improve processes related to prospecting, property valuation, taking mandates, managing buyers, tracking transactions until the signing of deeds.Management of business tools:- Pilot the evolution of the CRM.- Supervise integrations with Microsoft or third-party modules.- Optimize and/or develop commercial steering dashboards.- Ensure the quality and consistency of data.Product backlog management:- Collect and understand user needs.- Write functional specifications and user stories.- Prioritize developments according to their business value.- Validate deliverables and coordinate production releases.Change management:- Train and support users during the deployment of new tools or processes.- Promote the adoption of good digital practices within the company.REQUIRED SKILLS:Business:- Good understanding of real estate brokerage and the customer journey.- Comfortable with tools and new technologies, AI is a plus.- Ability to transform business needs into concrete solutions.- Aptitude to identify performance levers.- Understanding of the agile method and technical aspects.Personal skills:- Autonomous in project and team management.- Ability to question methods and priorities.- Stress management and handling of peak activity periods.- Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous improvement.- Ability to work with stakeholders of varied profiles.Profile:- Higher education in project management, information systems, or equivalent field.- Excellent technical skills and good understanding of the agile method.- Experience of 3 to 7 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager function.- Experience in real estate brokerage or real estate services is an asset.- Perfect command of French.POSITION OBJECTIVES:- Increase efficiency and carry the product vision.- Maximize the time devoted to high-value tasks.- Support the company's growth by optimizing the digital part.Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
