We are recruiting a Product Owner on a permanent contract for our range of X solutions and municipal business management. As a Product Owner at %. (M/F), you will carry the product vision and be responsible for its evolution. You combine technical know-how to be able to communicate with the development team and interpersonal skills to manage contacts with clients and other project stakeholders. If this sounds like you, then this position is for you!Your mission, your daily tasks with us:- Share the product vision.- Reconcile company objectives and user needs with a prioritized up-to-date backlog.- Gather market feedback.- Act as a liaison between the client and the development team.- Plan, with the development team, the work in small iterations and the progress of the product.- Use values, principles, and agile methods to plan, manage, and deliver.Profile requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent title.- Knowledge of public sector professions desired (municipal and financial management).- Certified Product Owner (PSM, X, SAFe SSM, etc.).- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.- Knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as SCRUM X, to deliver solutions.- Desired experience with the Jira environment (backlog management).- Experience in leadership and management.- Excellent project management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.We aim to integrate persistent, proactive personalities into our team, who want to invest in our Group and care about their clients.
