The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands.

Product Manager 100%

Your future tasks

• Actively participate in new product projects according to PSD, as well as
• Propose and support product improvements
• Participate in risk analyses concerning new cases and new models, as well as in defining inspection plans at component and case level, to ensure quality at assembly
• Monitor and validate component changes
• Make decisions regarding waiver requests based on a risk analysis and assembly tests if necessary
• Participate in defining inspection plans at assembly level
• Assist in resolving assembly problems and participate in problem-solving projects
• Propose and follow up an action plan for each Validation Collection case deemed unsatisfactory
• Analyse the various available data in order to improve process control and product quality
• Prepare and present a Product Review on request for the calibres under your responsibility

Your skills and competencies

• Technician or Engineer in microtechnology or mechanics
• Problem-solving approaches
• Mastery of technical processes
• Design of experiments
• PLM software

Languages

French, with good knowledge of German and English
