Role: You hold a cross-functional position between Quality, Marketing, and your mission consists of structuring, securing, and evolving the Eldora Group's product offering while ensuring impeccable product data, compliant with Swiss regulations and usable across all our digital tools (digital solution for managing recipes). On a daily basis, you define the assortments based on our listed suppliers and the Group's sustainable development objectives. You identify and source the most relevant products from our regional and local partners. You also contribute to the development of new references—particularly in the 4th and 5th ranges—in collaboration with our partners to meet the needs of the field and the demands of our business sectors. You are responsible for the quality and transparency of product data within our digital environment. You ensure that each item has complete, accurate, and up-to-date information (legal data and internal requirements). You implement regular controls, identify discrepancies, and solicit necessary corrections from suppliers in order to maintain a high level of reliability in the Marketplace. You also ensure consistency between the purchased products and their use in the kitchen: in Easilys, you establish and maintain the link between supplier items and the ingredients present in recipes. You ensure that each ingredient is correctly linked to one or more supplier items, and if necessary, you carry out additional sourcing to fill gaps. You actively participate in the enhancement of our articles, ingredients, and recipes databases. You create and maintain recipes in Eldora SA's central database, taking into account the specific needs of the different business sectors in Romandy, Switzerland. Through your rigor and process-oriented mindset, you are a key player in the back-office organization and contribute to the Group's project objectives. Profile: Highly developed sense of systems, processes, and data management (rigor, logic, continuous improvement). Good mastery of Swiss regulations and requirements regarding food products. Strong knowledge of the collective catering sector in Switzerland, ideally, with a strong understanding of field challenges. Expertise in the food domain and good knowledge of producers/suppliers and supply chains. Coherent background: Quality Assurance Officer with management responsibilities, food technology background, or CFC chef with management experience (orders, processes, and tools). You are structured and autonomous, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German and English is required.
