Will you become our new team member?

Region: Western Switzerland (French)

These are your areas of responsibility

• 1st-level support for technical pre- and aftersales inquiries (FR)
• Processing support tickets in SAP C4C
• System execution of simple application and function tests (internal/external)
• Presentation of technical solutions and conducting training sessions for customers
• Technical contact person for assigned sales regions
• Collaboration with sales to identify and implement customer projects
• Support with complaints and after-sales issues (on-site or remote)

What you bring with you

• Technical education (electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or comparable)
• Initial professional experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of sensors and automation
• Experience with PLC, industrial networking or machine vision is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of programming and system integration desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally SAP/CRM (C4C)
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Team player with a sense of responsibility
• Very good French skills with German and English knowledge
• Willingness to travel
