TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities**: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S)** and **TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).**


**T****&S** is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, data analysis, and supplier management. The successful candidate will support strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance cost efficiency and supplier performance.

As a Procurement Analyst Intern within T&S Trading Operations, you will join a 30-member team supporting business operations and preserving PnL, particularly within the Operations Technical and Services (OTS) team. Your responsibilities will focus on procurement activities for service providers such as inspection companies, superintendents, and additive suppliers. You will help optimise procurement processes, manage tenders and RFPs, and improve cost transparency and contract coverage, while also contributing to the enhancement of procurement tools and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
