Cadrans Fluckiger SA Process Manager (M/F) Mission In this role, in our Development Service, you will be involved in managing product and/or production process and transactional projects, supporting production, and actively participating in continuous improvement actions based on the standards you will create and evolve autonomously within the manufacture and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities Manage the development projects of new processes, existing processes, and the deployment of transactional processes within the production unit. Animate project follow-up meetings and lead technical sessions. Oversee the acquisition of production means, ensuring respect for planning, budget, quality requirements, and compliance of deliverables while ensuring action follow-up. Coordinate and unite working groups (support functions, internal clients, suppliers) by evaluating project and process risks (FMEA) and proposing action plans. Actively support production to ensure the perfect mastery and performance of existing processes (researching and analyzing deviations from standards, addressing corrective actions, conducting tests, identifying line issues and bringing them to the X Philippe system standard). Manage the processes of addressing issues, launching series 0, updating production files, maintaining reference documents and production files, system data, and research database. Technician ES or Bachelor's degree in mechanics or micromechanics with years of experience in a similar position in the field of micromechanics, watchmaking, or mechanical construction. Knowledge of watchmaking mechanical techniques. Understanding of MRP principles (Article, routing, MRP, etc.). Knowledge of CAD (ideally Solidworks). Proficient in Quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Capability, etc.). Proficient in office tools (MS Office). Very good knowledge of Lean - Six Sigma tools (5S, SMED, process capability, etc.). Good knowledge of e-commerce dynamics, you have the ability to persuade, manage interpersonal relationships, and handle complexity.
