We're looking for a :

Process Lead Technical Services

Duration : open-ended

Process Lead responsible for digitalization, asset management support, and process improvement within Technical Services (TS). Acts as a data owner and analyst, driving insights and ensuring proper management of TS systems and processes (incl. KTP/KMS).
### **Key Responsibilities**

- Lead digitalization initiatives and support Asset Management activities
- Drive Technical Services process improvements and standardization
- Act as Data Owner & Analyst for TS (reporting, dashboards, insights – Power BI)
- Manage KTP/KMS (Knowledge & Risk Management) processes within TS
- Support cross-functional coordination and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

### **Requirements**

**Must Have**

- Fluent English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills (Power BI)
- Experience with SAP (Maintenance module)
- French is mandatory

**Nice to Have**

- Project Management / CI certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, CAPM)
