Process Expert Logistics (m/f/d)On behalf of our client, an internationally operating Swiss life sciences company that develops and manufactures active ingredients and biotechnological solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare companies, we are recruiting a Process Expert Logistics (m/f/d).Process Expert Logistics (m/f/d)On behalf of our client, an internationally operating Swiss life sciences company that develops and manufactures active ingredients and biotechnological solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare companies, we are recruiting a Process Expert Logistics (m/f/d).This permanent position is responsible for leading and continuously improving GMP-compliant logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving cross-functional initiatives, supporting quality systems, and developing team capabilities.DescriptionThe Process Expert Logistics (m/f/d) provides functional leadership in the Logistics Department by defining and optimizing processes and systems to ensure compliant, efficient operations, while driving cross-team collaboration, by carrying out the following task area:Drives the implementation and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain operations, including goods receipt, sampling, storage, and distribution within a GMP-regulated environmentEstablishes, implements, and maintains logistics SOPs in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirementsLeads local and cross-functional projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing activities from concept development through execution and successful completion.Represents the logistics function during regulatory inspections, customer audits, and client visits or presentationsSupports deviation management and change control activities, acting as second-level owner for deviation investigations and contributing to CAPA development and timely implementation in TrackWiseDevelops and delivers training programs, including on-the-job training, to ensure high performance and operational excellence within the teamProfileIn order to be considered for the role, the ideal candidate should have:Successfully completed bachelor's and/or master's degree in supply chain management or a comparable disciplineAt least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech logistics, with end-to-end responsibility for inbound handling, sampling, warehousing, and distribution activitiesStrong project management expertise, with a proven ability to structure complex issues and translate them into pragmatic, executable solutionsAdvanced proficiency in SAP MM and SAP EWM, with a solid focus on inbound processes, warehouse management integration, picking, and shipment executionFluency in both German and English, written and spokenProven ability to design and optimize logistics processes, supported by strong analytical and strategic thinking and clear process documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levelsJob OfferA permanent expert role driving GMP-compliant logistics processes, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement within an international life sciences environment. jidc6f3f2ca jit0209a jiy26a
