Process EngineerIn this position, you will be responsible for the commissioning of new processes and new equipment, for new products, and then for maintaining production for our clients in the aeronautics sector. You will be able to implement your experience and acquire new knowledge in wafer processes (thin film, diffusion, etching, photolithography) as well as in MEMS assembly processes (sawing, picking, bonding).Your responsibilities- Manage and optimize new processes and industrial means, from definition to commissioning, and ensure equipment maintenance in collaboration with the team, guaranteeing process reproducibility in order to ensure series production and deliver to our clients.- Support production teams, develop work instructions, and train operators.- Monitor process performance according to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Deadline dimensions, with the objective of continuous improvement of performance and client satisfaction.- Industrialize new products in close collaboration with project teams. Define the correct machine recipes, validate yields, and monitor the ramp-up of production and/or participate in process and product failure analyses by deploying reference methodologies for analysis and problem-solving.- Ensure technological monitoring of equipment and processes in order to support the development of our future products.- Participate in the development of new manufacturing processes in collaboration with R&D teams.Profile- You are a Microtechnology Engineer (HES, EPF, ENS), with experience in a cleanroom in an industrial environment.- You have experience in microtechnical or micromechanical processes, or in thin-film metrology.- You have in-depth knowledge and an interest in process control; Lean or 6 Sigma is a plus.- You are familiar with problem-solving methods (8D, FMEA, brainstorming) and have knowledge of data analysis (machine, macro excel, powerBI...).- You have leadership and technical project management skills, know how to set objectives, motivate your team members, and be accountable.- You are highly organized, autonomous, rigorous, responsible, reliable, and solution-oriented, with a positive spirit and an ability to develop good relationships with internal departments.- You are capable of working in French and English (minimum B2).Our values- Succeed together, Foster an environment of trust, Commit to a shared vision, Dare to innovate. jid4b4a67aaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
