You will bring your expertise in Process and propose technical solutions in compliance with regulatory requirements, deadlines, costs, and the budget defined with the client.Some tasks may include: - Identifying client needs and translating them into technical solutions - Defining and developing process flow diagrams (Process Flow Diagram) - Developing balances (flow rates, pressure drops) and thermal calculations - Pre-sizing the equipment and instruments needed to implement the process and defining their parameters in the P&ID - Sizing equipment by performing calculation notes, design studies, and piping layouts - Writing various technical documents tailored to client requests - Launching calls for tenders to suppliers until the order placement, evaluating suppliers from a technical, cost, quality, and schedule perspective; - Analyzing supplier offers / techniques - Monitoring design documents and project phases, including risk analyses and project reviews (HAZOP, FMEA… up to QI/QO/QPA) Through this technical work, you will also evolve within project management, where quality, scheduling, and budget tracking will be emphasized. You will be able to continue developing your skills by participating in projects and through mobility within the group, depending on opportunities. Profile we are looking for: - A higher education degree in process engineering, biological engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience related to pharmaceutical processes. - Desired knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharmaceutical regulations, and standards. - You are mobile in Switzerland, with occasional travel expected at our clients’ sites. - Proficient in professional English. - Knowledge of clean utility production and distribution systems (water and gas) would be a plus.
