It is looking for a:AGENT AT 100%Your responsibilitiesYou occupy a position within our Community Service (TIG) sector. You implement the execution of a custodial sentence in the form of community service, ensure compliance with conditions, and prevent the risk of recidivism through social and legal actions. You transmit reports on the execution of the TIG to the competent authority and report any breach. You achieve individualized and optimal management of the clientele, taking into account the directives in force and collaborating with the network.Your profileYou have a higher education degree in the field of social work (social worker, HES, or socio-professional instructor) and/or in the penitentiary field or equivalent experience. Endowed with an assertive personality, you have a sense of responsibility, listening skills, and diplomacy. You know how to set and maintain a framework with rigor and firmness while demonstrating an open mind. You are stress-resistant, rigorous, and precise in the execution of tasks. You have excellent writing skills and master computer tools. Your criminal and special records are clean.
