Private Client Advisor - Outbound Team (all genders) - Lausanne

What you achieve
- You contact existing and potential clients to arrange advisory appointments for our client advisors
- You provide simple advice and transactions and inform our clients about our services and products
- You work according to predefined campaigns in an advisory pool and efficiently handle sales opportunities based on a qualified potential analysis
- You carry out comprehensive and high-quality documentation of CRM information and generate manual sales opportunities based on needs
What you bring
- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
- Specialisation: Banking
- Professional experience: 2 years in banking
- A passion for actively developing client relationships, identifying client wishes and daily telephone contact
- Experience in acquiring and actively developing clients by telephone, communicative and professional attitude focused on appointment setting
- Thanks to your friendly, flexible and confident personality, you will also demonstrate your ability to think networked and your team spirit
- French (C1)
