We are exclusively recruiting a Head Chef for a private family (UHNWI) based in the La Côte region, on the shores of Lake Geneva, in the canton of Vaud (Switzerland).Head Chef, private family (UHNWI)As Head Chef, you will report to an Executive Chef who has been with the family for many years and is ready to share all their knowledge with you. The main base will be the residence located in the Lake Geneva region, but you must be flexible to travel with the family several months a year (up to 3 months in winter in another location in Switzerland where accommodation will be provided, and on various occasions for 7 to 10 days in another villa in Europe where accommodation will also be provided).This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to use only the best available products and to work in a very high-end environment. This is a long-term opportunity, with a 100% permanent contract, offering stability and continuity. The position comes with a very competitive salary.We are looking for a chef with solid knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. Knowledge of other cuisines will be an additional asset. Candidates must be experienced Head Chefs or Sous Chefs who have worked in 5-star luxury hotels or other high-end establishments, or experienced private chefs who have worked for private families. You must also be able to communicate in French and a little English (intermediate level) and be authorized to work in Switzerland or the EU. Current or previous experience with private families is a plus.
