Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Latin American HNW and UHNW clients, delivering tailored wealth management solutions
- Cultivate new client relationships through your personal network, referrals and targeted prospecting.
- Collaborate closely with internal investment specialists, tax/legal experts and external advisors to deliver holistic advisory services
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (incl. cross-border rules) and internal policies
- Act as a trusted long-term advisor to clients and their families, with a strong focus on capital preservation, succession planning and international diversification
Your Profile:
- Proven track record (minimumyears) as a private banker or relationship manager focused on LATAM clients
- Strong personal network of HNW/ UHNW individuals and family offices in key Latin American markets
- Deep understanding of wealth management, private banking products and investment advisory services
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term view, strong client orientation and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in Spanish and/ or Portuguese, with business-level English
