To strengthen our IT teams, we are looking for a Principal Technical Lead (%) for our Distribution and Customer Experience solutions. In this key position, you will join a dynamic unit of more than 40 people - Business Analysts and developers - and play a central role in the evolution of our applications and systems.Your missions:- Lead and direct the technical architecture design of our solutions- Interact with architecture teams to challenge the proposed architecture and define a feasible LLD meeting business needs- Work with POs & BAs to anticipate major technical challenges- Contribute to development activities of the solutions (hands-on coding ~30%)- Define and promote development standards (Clean Code, architecture, etc.) within the .NET, Angular, Kafka, and Azure ecosystem- Develop the technological roadmap for the domain and steer the management of technical debt to ensure the scalability and sustainability of solutions- Ensure coaching and mentoring of the various Lead Developers in the division to foster global technical skillsYour profile:- Hold a higher education degree of HES, university, or EPF type in computer science or justify an equivalence- Have at least 5 years of experience as a technical expert / technical lead or architect- Have at least 3 years of experience on Azure- Have experience in DevOps principles and streaming-oriented architectures (Kafka), ensuring the quality of the software lifecycle and the robustness of systems according to the Scrum methodology- Work effectively within agile teams- Communicate fluently in French and English (minimum C1 level)We offer you:- A healthy work environment within a mutual insurance company certified Great Place to Work- Competitive conditions and social benefits- Flexibility in work organization- A stimulating framework favoring skills development and continuous learningWe look forward to receiving your complete application file digitally (with curriculum vitae, cover letter, copy of work certificates, and diplomas). jid050f623aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
