Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com. ## Job Description ## * Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of advanced AI, machine learning, optimization, and analytics solutions for strategic business challenges. * Act as the organization's AI and Data Science subject matter expert, driving adoption of best-in-class methodologies and emerging technologies. * Define and maintain standards for experimentation, model validation, MLOps, monitoring, explainability, and lifecycle management. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop AI-driven use cases, influence product strategy, and guide architecture decisions. * Mentor technical teams, promote innovation and analytical thinking, and ensure AI solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance requirements. ## Qualifications ## * Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI/ML solutions from concept through operations. * Strong expertise in machine learning, MLOps, cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development practices. * Experience across the full AI solution lifecycle, including PoC, MVP, industrialization, deployment, and support. * Demonstrated technical leadership with a successful track record of mentoring and developing technical talent. * Relevant industry experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. ## Additional Information ## For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
