The Service of French Language Education (SEnOF) is responsible for the pedagogical management and administration of education at the various levels of schooling in the French-speaking part of the canton. It oversees the pedagogical supervision of private schools and home education. Why join us? To learn more about our missions, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Service of Education and the DFAC, the primary school director manages the functioning and pedagogical management of their establishment, the staff management, the quality of education, as well as relations with school partners, whom they represent. They also pay particular attention to the quality of the environment within the establishment and the well-being of the people who work there. If necessary, they resolve any difficulties that may arise. They work closely with the municipalities in carrying out their tasks. Desired profile: Teaching diploma for levels 1-2H and/or 3-8H or equivalent. If possible, a CAS in management and direction of institutions or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching. Experience in project management is preferred. Ability to establish quality human relations. Sense of responsibility and commitment.
