Role Overview
Escalation Prevention Architect

• Detects early warning signals for potential escalations using predictive indicators.
• Coordinates expert swarms behind the scenes to resolve issues proactively

Preventive AI Architect

• Uses predictive analytics and telemetry to identify risks before they impact customers.
• Executes silent fixes and preventive actions to maintain system stability.
• Orchestrates and creates AI tools to automate early detection and resolution.

Must Have:

• Advanced Python Programming skills
• LangGraph & LangChain Expertise
• Good understanding of GenAI & LLM Integration
• SAP BTP platform (integration suite, Automation Hub)
