We are looking for a person capable of deeply understanding client needs (and pain points), building a credible vision of value, and contributing to positioning GLOBAZ SA as a strategic partner.RoleYour mission is to transform a client intention into a clear, feasible, controlled promise of value, without implicit over-commitment, aligned with the capabilities of the Globaz Delivery, product priorities, and the stakes of our clients. You contribute to building informed decisions rather than pushing products. This role is not commercial support or a technical expert isolated from the business. You act as a Value Architect, Advisor, Business Partner, and Trusted Advisor.ResponsibilitiesYou take responsibility as the single point of contact for the Promise / Offer phase with the following objectives:Understand the client's business issues:- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, issues, regulatory constraints, risks, and dependencies.- Identify the real causes; the client does not buy a feature but a capability, a service, a risk reduction, a performance gain.Build and demonstrate client value:- Accompany clients in quantifying benefits, impacts, efficiency/effectiveness gains, avoided risks, and quality improvements.- Build credible business cases – demonstrate value before technology.Design relevant solutions:- Translate client needs into realistic and coherent solutions (simplify complexity, arbitrate intelligently, challenge certain requests, and identify dependencies).- Seek the best solution, not the most complex solution.Strengthen the quality of decisions:- Accompany clients, the Client Success Manager, and internal teams.- Improve the quality of decisions by providing analyses, scenarios, argued recommendations, and a long-term vision.Contribution to the evolution of GLOBAZ SA:- Be an active source of proposals and reflection based on feedback from the field and contribute to the evolution of offers, products, services, and internal approaches.Internal collaboration and transverse leadership:- Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders (Client Success Management, Delivery, Product, and Sales) and exercise leadership based on expertise and the ability to unite actors around a common vision of the offer.Your profile- Degree in business, marketing, or IT, or equivalent title.- Confirmed experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Business Analysis, Product Management, Client Success, IT Consulting, or digital transformation.- Experience in social insurance, health, public administration, and with complex business software is an advantage.- Client-oriented, you reason in terms of success/customer experience.- Ability to adopt a partner posture and exert influence; reliability, execution, and ability to deliver.- Analysis and synthesis; management of complex situations, root causes, construction of credible scenarios, solid writing skills.- Business Acumen; understanding of business models, value creation mechanisms, economic issues, and impacts.- Transverse collaboration and ease of communication.Maintain and grow your ambitionsIf you combine intellectual curiosity, credibility, influence, and rigor, we look forward to meeting you!How will we measure your success?After 90 days, we should observe a better quality of engaged opportunities and a better understanding of client needs, proposals with higher added value, and more decisions based on business cases.GLOBAZ SA, your ideal employerShow us your passion, we look forward to receiving your application.
