As part of strengthening the Customer Success team, we are looking for a:

Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Attached to the Customer Success team and working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, you play a key role in building and succeeding projects with our clients.

• Analyse clients’ needs, objectives and challenges to propose suitable solutions and services;
• Ensure the technical and economic feasibility of the proposed solutions;
• Design and formalise technical offers;
• Work in collaboration with project managers (PMs) and service managers (SMs) to develop the proposed solutions and services;
• Identify technical, operational and financial risks related to projects;
• Participate in responses to calls for tenders in coordination with the various stakeholders;
• Support account managers (AMs) during client meetings to assist with technical presentations;
• Ensure the transfer of order information to the project team;

Desired profile

• Holder of an engineering degree in computer science;
• You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a service company or consulting firm;
• Very good knowledge of server, network and cloud infrastructures;
• You are recognised for your rigour, analytical skills and ability to simplify technical topics;
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with diverse interlocutors;
• Curious and passionate about new technologies, you like to keep up to date with market developments;
• You have a strong business orientation and a good understanding of client challenges;
• Professional English required, both written and spoken;
