The childcare centers of Blonay - Saint-Légier are looking for interns for the early childhood centers. The childcare centers of Blonay - Saint-Légier manage 10 day care facilities, employ over 170 staff, and operate as a REBSL (network of day care centers as defined by the LAJE) that welcomes more than 900 children. For our centers, CVE Pain d'Epice in St-Légier (44 places), CVE Boîte Verte (34 places), and Les Vignes in Blonay (22 places), we are looking for interns who wish to discover the profession of an ASE, within our 3 different groups (nursery, toddlers, mediums), for a duration of 6 months, from August 10 to February 12.This internship within a preschool care structure for children aged 4 months to 4.5 years will allow you to: Benefit from professional supervision and better understand child development, the educational actions implemented, the operation of a childcare structure, and the values of the center; familiarize yourself with the inherent context of a childcare center and support the team in their work with children in care actions; discover theatricality (puppetry and books) that evokes and works with experiences and emotions of children.Profile: Proficiency in the French language and having completed school; ability to work in a team or independently; evidence of adaptability and willingness to learn; minimum age 16.We offer: Adapted educational supervision, provided by motivated staff; the opportunity to join a team that adapts to challenges to better support children and their families, where the institutional culture is lively and evolves through the behaviors, decisions, and interactions of the team; varied work within a dynamic structure, with a green and warm working environment where the child's well-being, pedagogical reflection, and quality of care are at the heart of our values; a schedule of 40 hours over 5 days.Start date: Early August.
