Experienced PPE Assistant
Start date: Immediately or to be agreedActivity rate: 80-100%
Your mission:
- Handling mail
- Updating files on our computer system
- Managing the diary of the PPE administrator
- Monitoring the schedule
- Issuing purchase orders
- Preparing invoices for payment
- Calling general meetings of co-owners
- Sending minutes to co-owners
- Processing and following up on claims
Attendance at meetings and related minutes are handled by minute secretaries.
Desired profile:
- Experience in the real estate field is essential
- Excellent spelling and writing skills
- Pleasant nature and easy to get along with
- Dynamic personality, able to combine rigour, autonomy and teamwork
