Power BI AnalystRole overviewWe are looking for an experienced Power BI Analyst to own, develop and run our Power BI reporting environment across the organization. The role will be responsible for extracting data from internal and external sources (including newly acquired companies), ensuring data quality, maintaining the model and warehouse, and delivering high‑quality dashboards and insights to finance, commercial and senior leadership teams. The role sits within the FP&A function but works cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, commercial teams and external consultants. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, setting structure and building sustainable processes in a growing, multi‑entity environment.ResponsibilitiesPower BI & reporting ownership- Own the end‑to‑end Power BI environment, including models, dashboards and reports- Design, build and maintain KPI dashboards for finance, commercial and executive teams- Translate business requirements into clear, user‑friendly reports and analytical insights- Ensure consistency of metrics, definitions and reporting logic across the model & warehouse- Lead the integration of data from various systems into the Power BI model and warehouse- Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into the reporting environment- Work closely with IT and other departments to map data sources, define structures and improve data quality- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency across systems- Identify and resolve data issues proactively, implementing controls and checks where required- Help define and document data definitions, reporting standards and processes- Establish robust, scalable processes for data refresh, validation and reportingBusiness partnering & communication- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across finance, commercial and leadership teams- Communicate complex topics clearly to non‑technical audiences- Work with external consultants and vendors supporting BI or system projects- Provide ad‑hoc analysis, deep dives and insight to support decision‑makingProject management- Manage multiple projects and reporting workstreams in parallel, including development and improvement projects- Plan and track timelines, priorities and dependencies to ensure delivery against agreed milestones- Lead regular status calls and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders- Proactively identify risks, issues and blockers and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficientlySkills & experienceEssential- Strong, hands‑on experience with Power BI (report development, modelling, DAX, Power Query)- Proven experience working with large datasets from various sources and mapping data across different systems- Strong understanding of data quality and governance processes- Ability to take ownership of end‑to‑end reporting processes- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders- Organised, structured and process‑driven approach to work- Experience supporting finance, FP&A or performance management teams- Fluent in English and French/German is a bonusDesirable- Experience working with or alongside a data warehouse- Exposure to healthcare or life sciences is a plus- Experience supporting finance, FP&A or performance management teams- Knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages- Experience working in multi‑entity, acquisition‑heavy or fast‑growing environments and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy- Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability- Solution‑oriented mindset — able to improve imperfect environments- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills- Comfortable working between finance, business and IT teams jidd87499faen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
