Property Portfolio Manager Your future mission is to ensure all tasks related to the management of a portfolio of properties entrusted by a single institutional client located in the Lausanne region. In close collaboration with a junior manager and two assistants, your tasks will be as follows:- Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacant properties, and technical aspects of the buildings, monitoring maintenance subscriptions, managing incidents, controlling works, and monitoring invoices and budgets.- Supervision of the premises and the exit process.- Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements (management/heat statements).- Management of complex files and relations with property owners in front of authorities.- Leading a team of 3 people.Your profile:- Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland.- Excellent knowledge of lease law and building technology (federal certificate level).- Rigor and commercial awareness, comfortable in contacts and open, dynamic, and positive.- Interest in both construction work and building technology.- Proficiency in common office tools.- Good spelling and writing skills.- Driver's license/private vehicle.Start date: by June or to be agreed.
