Lausanne (and remote work) | What you can contribute- Draft decision projects and judgments- Precisely draft Federal Supreme Court judgments in FrenchWhat makes you unique- Law degree (master's or bachelor's), preferably with a bar exam and/or several years of professional experience in the areas of competence of the Second Criminal Law Court- Several years of professional experience as a law clerk at a federal or cantonal court, or an academic career is an advantage- Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official languageA few wordsAs a pool law clerk, you will be assigned to a court to support it in case of high workload or absences. This position allows for the development of professional versatility and the accumulation of significant experience in numerous areas of law.
