With a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience, you feel ready to join a dynamic and passionate team to best meet our production requirements.Your responsibilities- You prepare the tooling for the series to be produced- You carry out setups and production monitoring on CNC lathes- You produce parts and check them while respecting the deadlines and rates defined by management- You collaborate on production ranges and methods- You participate in first-level maintenance of production equipmentYour profile- You hold a CFC in mechanics or polymechanics or an equivalent qualification- You have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience- You are comfortable with measuring instruments- You have confirmed knowledge in CNC (Okuma control)- You have work experience in a LEAN environment (a plus)- You are willing to work in shifts (2*8)- You enjoy working in a team- You are a rigorous, autonomous person, demonstrate good analytical skills, show versatility, and are willing to support other sectors of the company if needed (milling, assembly, etc.)We offer:A full-time (100%) permanent contract (CDI) in a human-sized company resolutely turned towards the outside (more than 90% export) with a network of partners all over the world.
