Looking for several Polishers / Finishing Operators (M/F) - Geneva
As part of supporting several watch manufacturers based in Geneva, we are looking for several polishers / manual finishing operators to strengthen the production teams.- Carry out manual finishing operations on bracelet components and watch parts made of precious metals
- Perform polishing, grinding, satin finishing and brightening work according to the required quality standards
- Ensure production monitoring and respect manufacturing rates
- Control the dimensional and aesthetic quality of the produced parts
- Strictly apply manufacturing instructions and procedures
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality and productivity
- Training in polishing, manual finishing or equivalent AFP
- Proven experience of at least 3 to 4 years in manual finishing
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or jewellery
- Good command of production tools and basic IT skills
- 2-shift and 3-shift systems
