- Carry out corrections after welding to restore the geometry and aesthetics of the parts.
- Perform filing, fitting and carbonising operations necessary for part preparation.
- Prepare, polish, brighten and felt surfaces according to the expected level of finish.
- Master the use of the handpiece, brushes, small polishing discs, felts and various preparation tools.
- Preserve volumes, angles and functional areas to make corrections as discreet as possible.
- Ensure self-inspection of parts and report any intervention beyond the scope of a simple or safe repair.
Profile sought:
- Initial training as a jeweller or equivalent background demonstrating solid material mastery.
- Proven experience in polishing and finishing; an overall experience of about five years is a relevant benchmark.
- Good mastery of laser welding and localised repairs.
- Dexterity, precision, ability to work with the handpiece and sense of surface transitions.
- Ability to recognise your limits of intervention and to request arbitration when the part requires it.
- Enjoyment of versatility and practical repair challenges.
What we offer you:
- A position where jewellery and polishing skills are truly complementary.
- Varied technical situations, with a direct contribution to the recovery and enhancement of parts.
- An environment fostering mutual support between jewellery, finishing, quality and production.
- The possibility to progressively develop more complex corrections and a reference expertise.
- A stimulating work environment where innovation, know-how and creativity combine daily.
- A pleasant working atmosphere among a dynamic and passionate team.
- The opportunity to join a rapidly growing group.
