On behalf of one of our clients, active in the prestigious watchmaking sector in Geneva, we are looking for a Qualified Polisher / Finisher (M/F)

Your future responsibilities:

• You will carry out polishing and finishing operations (satin finishing, brightening, grinding, felt polishing) on watch parts for cases and/or movements (plates, bridges, bracelets, links...)
• You will perform self-inspection of produced parts using visual control tools.
• You will ensure daily production meets the set objectives in terms of quality and quantity.

Your profile:

• You hold an AFP / CFC qualification as a finisher or have at least 3 years of experience in finishing operations.
• You have knowledge of bevelling - an asset.
• You are versatile and master polishing operations, from preparation to finishing of the part.
• You are dynamic and flexible, with a good team spirit.
