Introduction

At Protylux SA, an industrial SME active in plastic injection for the watchmaking industry, we place quality, rigour and process control at the heart of our activities.

In this context, we are looking for a

Plastic Injection Technician Setter (M/F) – Afternoon Shift

to strengthen our production team.

A key position within a dynamic industrial company, offering stability and long-term development prospects.

Your mission

• Prepare presses, moulds and peripherals before production
• Carry out series changes and machine adjustments
• Start, monitor and optimise ongoing productions
• Check the conformity of first parts and during production
• Intervene in case of drift or non-conformity
• Program and use production robots (Sepro, ABB, etc.)
• Participate in trials and validations of new processes
• Ensure traceability and recording of production data
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment (5S)
• Participate in first-level maintenance

Profile sought

• Technical training in plastics processing (CFC / Bac Pro / BTS or equivalent)
• Proven experience in plastic injection (minimum 3 years)
• Mastery of injection presses (Arburg type or equivalent)
• Experience in programming and using industrial robots
• Good understanding of injection processes and quality control
• Autonomy, rigour and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a team and supervise operators
• Good command of French, English is an asset
