We are looking, for one of our clients, an SME in the construction sector established on the outskirts of Geneva, for a Plastering / Painting Technician at 100% capable of ensuring technical and site monitoring, while guaranteeing quality, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction.Plastering / Painting Technician at 100%Your mission- Prepare, plan, and ensure the technical and financial monitoring of plastering and painting sites.- Carry out measurements, establish quotes, submissions, and commercial offers.- Plan human and material resources necessary for the proper execution of the work.- Ensure the monitoring of work progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards.- Participate in site meetings and ensure communication with project owners, architects, site management, and subcontractors.- Carry out site handovers, lift reservations, and ensure the monitoring of complementary work.Your profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in plastering-painting or equivalent training.- Confirmed experience of at least 2-3 years in the management of plastering and painting sites, ideally in Switzerland.- Mastery of techniques, materials, and standards in force.- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills in the management of subcontractors.- Driving license essential.- Excellent communication skills, sense of customer service, team spirit. jid65b7c4daen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
