Specialized in the design and production of high-end watchmaking products, our client based in the vicinity of Gland (Vaud) is looking for a:Factory Manager - Production Leader- Diploma X ES or title deemed equivalent with a foundation in mechanics and CNC settings- Proven experience in production team management and at least 7 years in a similar field- Excellent knowledge of machining processes, settings, and (Alphacam)- Field leader, capable of mobilizing teams with great rigor and a sense of responsibility- Capable of deciding, prioritizing, and managing unforeseen events- If you are demanding regarding values such as respect for quality and precision, and you think you can be an example from which employees can draw inspiration, then you are made for this position!- Pilot and supervise the activities of the production and CNC machining department composed of 15 people- Plan and coordinate production while taking into account priorities and technical constraints as well as ensuring compliance with production schedules- Provide technical support to the department by accompanying teams on a daily basis (settings, turning, milling)- Maintain close collaboration with the Methods, Quality, and Technical Office departments- Unite the team around common objectives, deploy continuous improvement actions, and optimize processes, and closely monitor performance indicators to ensure regular reporting to Management jidae1b962aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
