In the heart of the Gros-de-Vaud, the LEB represents an essential axis for the mobility of its inhabitants. To keep pace with significant growth, the LEB line is introducing a 10-minute frequency between Echallens and Lausanne. Major projects are planned for the LEB line. A total budget of approximately 400 million is planned to allow for this evolution of the network. Among the major projects is the Assens-Etagnières project, which consists mainly of putting the LEB underground beneath the village of Etagnières, as well as renewing railway techniques on the Assens-Etagnières section. To guarantee the progress of the projects, the LEB is looking for a Project Manager for Planning and Interfaces for LEB projects.Your missionAs a key member of our 10-minute frequency team and under the leadership of the 10-minute frequency team manager in Echallens, you are responsible for the overall planning of work on the LEB line, including the creation of detailed railway-type schedules as well as the coordination of activities within the framework of major projects.In this capacity, you ensure deadline control through the design, monitoring, and updating of project schedules. You also play a central role in project groups, taking charge of their implementation, coordination, and the monitoring of their activities. Furthermore, in support of general project managers, you define and manage the interfaces between the different work packages of the LEB's major projects, while guaranteeing a coherent overall vision of the project phase. You pay particular attention to preparing and accompanying the changes induced by the projects within the company and to minimizing the impact of these on daily operations. This position requires excellent communication and project management skills in the field of infrastructure or transport as well as good knowledge of management and project tools.Profile- You hold an HES/EPF engineering degree or university degree in a technical field, ideally civil/railway engineering or equivalent.- You have confirmed experience of more than 5 years in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects in the railway, road, or civil engineering field.- Mastery of planning tools (MS Project, Tilos, etc.) is a plus.- Knowledge of SIA and VSS standards and the legal framework for construction in Switzerland is a plus.- Your ease of communication and listening skills allow you to establish a climate of trust and serene work between the different stakeholders, and to understand both the technical constraints and the needs of the different participants.- Your analytical and synthesis capacity allows you to define the priorities of your projects within the allotted deadlines.- You are autonomous and proactive in facilitating the work of the project team and achieving complementary objectives.Development of the LEB line:- Workplace: Echallens and Yverdon-les-Bains, with the possibility of remote work.- Contract: CDI at 100%, with a start date ideally from October 1st.- Deadline: May 10th. jid6c73f19aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
